MEDITECH Optimization Assessment Consultant

Liberty Solutions has a client in need of a MediTech Optimization Assessment Consultant. Our client recently converted a clinic from NextGen to an existing MediTech Expanse environment and they need a resource to perform an objective current-state assessment, identify workflow and system gaps, and develop a prioritized optimization roadmap. The initial contract length is 3 months and some travel will be required in order to gather the necessary information to perform an assessment.

Job Requirements

  • 8+ years of healthcare IT or MEDITECH consulting experience
  • 5+ years of direct MEDITECH experience
  • 3+ years working specifically with MEDITECH Expanse
  • Previous experience conducting MEDITECH current-state assessments
  • Demonstrated experience developing optimization roadmaps
  • Experience evaluating workflows following an EHR implementation, conversion, merger, or acquisition
  • Ability to differentiate system-build issues from workflow, training, governance, or adoption issues
  • Experience reviewing MEDITECH dictionaries, configuration, and workflow design
  • Ability to work effectively with clinicians, application teams, help desk staff, operational leaders, and executives
  • Strong written documentation and executive-presentation skills
  • Must be comfortable delivering objective recommendations that may challenge existing processes

Trade Compliance Specialist

Description

Liberty Solutions has a client in need of a Trade Compliance Specialist. As the Trade Compliance Specialist, this person will have a hands-on role supporting and facilitating all activities related to the export and import of goods, technology, and services to ensure compliance with U.S. export/import laws. This is a 3-6 month contract initially and fully remote.

As a Trade Compliance Specialist, this candidate will:

• Assist with license application preparation.

• Assist personnel with foreign travel export concerns and prepare letters of travel. Advise the business on foreign visitor guidelines.

• Assist other departments with trade compliance matters. Examples may include reviewing shipping export paperwork, assisting with commodity classifications, etc.

• Perform ad-hoc denied party screening per business requests and advise business of the results.

• Input commodity and technology classifications into the ERP database and data storage tool used for technology classifications.

• Assist in data pulling and organization for trade compliance projects.

• Perform SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) tasks, which include, but are not limited to Business Partner releases, Sanctioned Party List denied party screening releases, data input.

• Support review of daily business emails as they refer to trade compliance.

• Immediately report suspected compliance violations to department management and assist in investigation, if required.

• Demonstrate attention to detail and the ability to gather and analyze information from a highly technical environment.

Job Requirements

To be considered for the Trade Compliance Specialist role, the candidate should have the following:

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of prior relevant experience in a manufacturing environment (i.e., engineering, contracts, logistics) with exposure to export/import concepts and principles.

• Knowledge of U.S. export/import regulations including ITAR, EAR, and OFAC is a plus.

• Experience using SAP, GTS, OCR EASE, SNAP-R, and DECCS would be beneficial.

• U.S. Citizenship is a requirement of this role.

This resource is needed to manage complex infrastructure and development projects within the client's Research Information Services group. This role supports basic science research by overseeing projects involving High-Performance Computing (HPC) hardware installations, laboratory instruments, and cloud environments. The initial contract length is 10 months and the onsite in Memphis would be required once a month.

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of relevant project management experience across multiple domains
  • PMP certification
  • A proven track record of managing infrastructure installations, specifically involving HPC hardware and data center environments
  • Direct experience managing DevOps-related projects and workflows
  • Exceptional collaboration and presentation skills are required to interact with executive stakeholders, front-line management, and system users
  • High level of professionalism and change management savvy to influence stakeholders and navigate trade-offs regarding scope and requirements

Senior Epic Referral Management Assessment Consultant

Liberty Solutions has a client in need of an Epic Referral Management Assessment Consultant. This resource must have CarePort experience with Epic expertise and a strong operational understanding of referral management, discharge planning and care transitions in order to assess the client's current nursing and social-work referral workflows, compare those workflows and CarePort capabilities against Epic’s native functionality, identify operational and technical gaps, and recommend a future-state approach. The initial contract length is 3 months with the possibility for extension. This is a hybrid role since some travel may be necessary in order to complete the assessment.

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of healthcare IT consulting, clinical applications or Epic implementation experience
  • 5+ years supporting Epic clinical, care-management, referral-management or care-transition workflows
  • 3+ years working directly with nursing, social-work, case-management or discharge-planning operations
  • Direct experience with WellSky CarePort, ideally CarePort Transition
  • 2+ years of CarePort experience or at least one enterprise CarePort implementation, optimization or replacement assessment is preferred
  • Completion of at least two formal healthcare technology assessments involving current-state discovery, future-state design, gap analysis and implementation-roadmap development
  • Active Epic certification or accreditation relevant to inpatient clinical workflows, care management, referrals or transitions of care
  • Experience evaluating or implementing native Epic functionality as a replacement for a third-party clinical or operational application.
  • Previous responsibility for producing formal assessment findings, implementation plans and effort estimates.
