Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on Teletracking build and support experience within an Oracle Cerner environment.
• Direct experience supporting Oracle Cerner sites that are transitioning to a new EMR.
• Proven ability to work independently in a live production environment with minimal supervision.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a track record of resolving complex issues under real operational pressure.
• Effective communication with both clinical and technical stakeholders.
• On-Call support experience and openness required

Preferred Qualifications

• Build and support experience across multiple Oracle Cerner application areas to provide cross-coverage.
• Prior involvement in Cerner-to-Epic transitions specifically.
• Experience in a large or multi-facility health system environment.
• Familiarity with regulatory and quality requirements tied to the supported domain.
