• Prior involvement in Cerner-to-Epic transitions specifically preferred

This role owns ongoing Scheduling build, maintenance, and issue resolution, and partners with the broader IT and clinical teams to protect operations, data integrity, and regulatory standing throughout the transition. Candidates who can support additional application areas are strongly preferred, as cross-coverage helps the team maintain depth across the full Cerner footprint.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day build and support for the Oracle Cerner Scheduling domain, including configuration, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Maintain system stability and performance in a live production environment during an active EMR transition.
• Manage break/fix work, enhancement requests, and routine maintenance with limited oversight.
• Partner with clinical, operational, technical and Revenue Cycle stakeholders to keep workflows functioning as staff and processes shift toward Epic.
• Support data integrity, downtime procedures, and continuity of care throughout the migration.
• Document configurations, decisions, and support activity for knowledge transfer.
