Liberty Solutions has a client in need of a CDI Coding Analyst. This resource will server as the a CDI coder on the client's internal team, supporting clinical documentation integrity efforts and ensuring accurate, complete and compliant documentation that reflects patient severity, risk and quality of care. The initial contract is 3-6 months and then will convert to a permanent FTE role. Resources must have active CCS and CCDS credentials from AHIMA or AAPC and cannot be located in California, New York, Colorado or Washington.

• 4+ years of experience serving as a CDI coder
• Candidates must hold the following active credentials from AHIMA or AAPC (CCS and CCDS); multiple certifications are strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of DRG payor methodologies, including MS-DRG and APR-DRG
• Proficiency with ICD-10-CM and ICD-10-PCS coding guidelines and conventions
• Working knowledge of PSIs, HACs, HCCs, and Medicare IPPS
• Demonstrated experience writing compliant coding queries
• Experience bridging CDI and coding functions, including DRG reconciliation
• Prior experience working with Cerner clients required
• Clinical background preferred (RN, LPN, or other clinical licensure)

This resource is needed to perform a current-state assessment of the client's Microsoft environment. The organization recently rolled out Teams across the enterprise and is looking for guidance around security, governance, permissions, identity/access management, and overall best practices. The client is specifically looking to identify potential security/privacy gaps, validate current configurations, and ensure the platform is being utilized effectively and securely. This role is 100% remote and will be an Ad-Hoc contract up to 40 hours per week, with flexibility for hours to decrease following the assessment phase depending on organizational needs, identified gaps, and ongoing support requirements.

This resource would preferably have a wide range of rule knowledge and revenue cycle specific rule knowledge within both Soarian Financials and Oracle Cerner. The initial contract is part-time/Adhoc and is 100% remote.

This resource is needed to serve as the primary MagView resource with system build, configuration and workflow design experience for the breast imaging service line for a big-bang go-live date of September 2026. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain charge work lists within Oracle Cerner/Soarian on a daily basis
• Support charge transformation rules and charge master maintenance within Oracle Cerner
• Apply and manage complex tiering logic across the charge environment
• Ensure accurate charge capture and integrity across Millennium and Soarian platforms
• Collaborate with revenue cycle and clinical teams to resolve charge-related issues

Required Qualifications

• Deep, Hands-on expertise in Oracle Cerner Millennium/Soarian Financials charge master and charge transformation functions - 8+ years
