Liberty Solutions has a client who is looking for a Senior Denials Management System Assessment and Modernization Analyst to lead a strategic assessment of a 15–17-year-old Denials Management System (DMS) that manages approximately $42 million in revenue. The system, built in C# and JavaScript, has a large legacy codebase (~128,000 lines) and requires a clear modernization strategy. This resource will assess the current application and deliver a comprehensive recommendation document outlining options to modernize, rebuild, or replace the system with a third-party solution. The initial contract length is 3 months and the role is 100% remote.

• Experience conducting a technical and strategic assessment of Denials Management Systems (DMS), including reverse engineering and code stability evaluation
• Experience developing a strategic roadmap presenting multiple future-state options: modernization, rebuild, or replacement—with pros, cons, and feasibility analysis
• Provide recommendations on modernization approaches, including .NET Core migration, front-end upgrades, and database restructuring
• Assess cloud readiness, DevOps integration, and data migration strategies
• Experience with .NET Framework and .NET Core 6+
• JavaScript front-end technologies experience
• SQL Server and database modernization experience
• Cloud readiness and DevOps tools (e.g., Azure DevOps) experience

They are in need of a seasoned, senior-level Epic Bridges resource that has extensive Data Conversion experience across all Epic Applications. This resource must have extensive infusion device integration and Cloverleaf experience. This position will be fully remote and 3-6 months to start.

They are in need of senior-level, Certified Epic resources that have worked 3+ Full cycle Epic implementations in the past and at least 2 from Cerner to Epic. This role is for a Senior-level, Certified Epic Bridges Analyst that has extensive Epic Bridges interface build, design, support and implementation experience. This resource must have extensive, senior-level experience with Interface build and conversion work extracting from Cerner and other 3rd party systems into Epic. This role is primarily remote with travel required during key events and Go-Lives.

Liberty Solutions has a client located in the Mid-Atlantic region who is looking for an Inpatient Coding Analyst. This resource must have knowledge of DRG payor methodologies: MS-DRG, APR-DRGs, ICD-10-CM & PCS coding guidelines and conventions, PSIs, HACs, and HCCs, and Medicare IPPS. In addition, the client would like candidates to have at least 3 years of straight IP coding (no Outpatient, Claims Examiner, Biller, Claims review etc…) with a CCS, CIC, RHIT or RHIA. They also would like someone who has coded for a Level 1 or Level 2 trauma facility. The initial contract length is 3-6 months to start, with a chance to convert to a permanent role. This role is 100% remote.

• Experience with DRG payor methodologies: MS-DRG, APR-DRGs, ICD-10-CM & PCS coding guidelines and conventions, PSIs, HACs, and HCCs, and Medicare IPPS
• Experience in writing compliant coding queries

Liberty Solutions has a client in need of a Senior level Oracle Cerner Reporting Analyst to provide additional bandwidth to their team as they transition from Cerner to Epic this fall. This resource must have extensive CCL, DA2 and SQL reporting experience. This is an Ad-Hoc/part-time role that would last through the end of 2026/early 2027.
