Capsule Integration Architect

August 24, 2026
Description

Liberty Solutions has a client in need of a Capsule Integration Architect to close a critical skills gap on its interface and integration team. This is an approximately six month, fully remote contract engagement supporting a hospital system that is preparing to open a new clinical center and needs experienced Capsule support to evaluate its current environment, connect medical devices to the EHR, and cross train internal staff.

The client's interface and integration team is well established in Rhapsody and Bridges, but leadership has identified Capsule as the team's most significant skills gap. Capsule is the integration engine used to connect medical devices, including Philips monitors, SECA scales, and Draeger devices, into the EHR (Epic), in much the same way Rhapsody serves as the integration engine for broader interface traffic. The organization is preparing to open a new clinical center, which carries a substantial volume of device integration work that must run through Capsule, making this an urgent, high visibility need. The engagement is expected to run around six months+.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate the client's current Capsule integration environment and identify gaps ahead of the new clinical center opening.
  • Design, build, and support Capsule interfaces connecting medical devices, including Philips monitors, SECA scales, and Draeger devices, to the EHR (Epic).
  • Partner closely with the Biomedical/Clinical Engineering (BME) team on integration requirements for connected medical devices.
  • Work alongside the existing interface and integration team, who bring strong Rhapsody and Bridges experience, to support a cohesive overall integration strategy.
  • Support Capsule readiness and device integration work tied to the opening of a new clinical center.
  • Provide hands on cross training to internal team members to build lasting internal Capsule capability.

Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years of hands on Capsule integration experience.
  • Extensive experience with Rhapsody as an interface engine.
  • 6 to 8+ years serving as an Interface/Integration Architect in a healthcare or hospital setting.
  • Demonstrated experience integrating medical devices into an EHR, ideally Epic.
  • Willing and able to provide hands on cross training to internal team members.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working cross functionally with clinical and biomedical engineering teams.
  • Some experience with Epic Bridges.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting integration efforts tied to a new facility or clinical center opening.
  • Familiarity with Philips monitors, Draeger devices, and SECA scales.

Senior Oracle Cerner PathNet AP Analyst

August 11, 2026
Description

Liberty Solutions has a client who is looking for a senior-level PathNet AP analyst with direct experience implementing Oracle/Cerner Pathology Workspace from start to finish. This resource will be responsible for supporting the full implementation lifecycle, including build, configuration, testing support, implementation execution, and training BayCare’s internal team on how to support the application moving forward. The client has emphasized that this is a highly specific need. They are not looking for a general AP analyst or someone who would need to learn Pathology Workspace during the engagement. The right candidate must have previously completed a Pathology Workspace implementation and be able to operate independently. This will be a 6-month contract, full-time (40 hours per week) and 100% remote.

• Lead and support the implementation of Oracle/Cerner Pathology Workspace.

• Perform hands-on Pathology Workspace build and configuration.

• Partner with BayCare’s AP/lab stakeholders to understand workflows and implementation needs.

• Support testing, validation, issue resolution, and go-live preparation.

• Help implement the solution into BayCare’s environment.

• Train BayCare’s internal team on how to support Pathology Workspace after implementation.

• Provide guidance on best practices, lessons learned, and potential risks based on prior implementation experience.

• Work independently with limited ramp-up required.

Required Experience:

• At least 7 years of Senior-level Oracle/Cerner PathNet AP experience.

• Direct hands-on experience with Oracle/Cerner Pathology Workspace.

• Must have completed at least one full Pathology Workspace implementation from start to finish.

• Strong AP workflow knowledge.

• Experience with build, configuration, testing, implementation, and end-user/team training.

• Ability to lead independently without needing to rely on Oracle for basic implementation guidance.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with client stakeholders.

Certifications:

• No specific certification required by the client.

• Relevant Oracle/Cerner PathNet/AP certifications are preferred but not mandatory if the candidate has strong hands-on Pathology Workspace implementation experience.

Liberty Solutions is supporting a large health system's facility billing operation, with an immediate need for 10 or more experienced billers to reduce backlog and cover gaps from medical leave and turnover. The work is billing only and centers on resolving claims that are candidates for final bill once the patient is discharged. Resources will work across several high volume billing queues inside SSI, with claim edit resolution grounded in a firm understanding of CMS and Medicare payer guidelines. This role does not involve payer follow up or denial resolution. The team comes in clean on the billing side only. This will be a 6-month contract to start with a high chance of being extended and the possibility of converting to a permanent position.

  • Ability to validate and update insurance within the billing system, including payer portal research

  • Prior experience on large, high volume facility billing teams or backlog remediation projects
  • Dedicated EDI rejection team experience
Key Responsibilities
  • Resources need to be plug and play across several billing buckets and will work through an active backlog spanning the following areas:
  • Secondary claims, reviewing the primary claim to determine what was billed and dropping the secondary accordingly
  • Delayed claims
  • SSI edits
  • EDI rejections, identifying the correct insurance company, correcting insurance plan details, fixing coordination of benefits, and resolving registration driven errors such as invalid date of birth or member ID format
  • Failed bills

Within those queues, day to day work includes:

  • Validate insurance coverage, including navigating payer portals to confirm or locate the correct coverage for rejected claims
  • Troubleshoot member ID problems (invalid, incorrect, or improperly formatted) and correct coordination of benefits order
  • Apply appropriate condition codes, occurrence codes, and modifiers when working claim edits
  • Resolve known claim edits within SSI, including Medicare condition and occurrence code edits, and add missing modifiers where required
  • Roll up charges and manually key charges as needed to build out claims
