Finvi Technical & Data Engineer

Job Description

Liberty Solutions has a client in need of a Senior Finvi Technical & Data Engineer who is responsible for the technical development, data logic, and performance optimization of the Finvi platform. This role owns SQL coding, extracts, interfaces, and system-level data transformations that support accurate, scalable revenue cycle workflows and reporting. This position partners closely with Revenue Cycle leadership, IT, and vendors to support system enhancements, troubleshoot data issues, and ensure Finvi performs reliably as a core operational system. This role focuses on how data is built and flows, not on system configuration, maintenance tables, or routine reporting. This will be fully remote and a 6-month contract to start.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Development & Data Engineering
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL queries and scripts within Finvi
  • Build and modify data extracts and interfaces between Finvi and the host system (Cerner or equivalent)
  • Create and maintain calculated fields and technical data logic
  • Support new data elements and system enhancements at the code level
  • Optimize extract performance, run times, and system efficiency

 Data Integrity & Troubleshooting

  • Investigate and resolve data issues related to:
    • Extract logic
    • Coding errors
    • Data transformations
  • Partner with governance and reporting leads to support root-cause analysis of discrepancies
  • Ensure technical changes align with approved data definitions and standards

Testing & Implementation Support

  • Perform technical testing for new builds and enhancements
  • Support validation of data accuracy and performance post-implementation
  • Participate in release planning and deployment activities
  • Document technical logic, dependencies, and changes

Vendor & Cross-Functional Collaboration

Collaborate with:

  • Revenue Cycle Leadership
  • Revenue Cycle IT
  • External vendors (Finvi, Cerner, third-party agencies)
  • Support vendor-led technical initiatives and upgrades
  • Provide technical input during design and solutioning discussions

Sr Radiology System Admin/ PACS Consultant

Liberty Solutions has a client in need of a Senior Enterprise Imaging/PACS consultant to support and stabilize a high-volume radiology environment. This resource is needed to step into a lead-level technical role, providing advanced support, project leadership, and mentorship. The initial contract length is 3 months and then the client is looking to convert this resource to a permanent FTE position. This is a hybrid role which will require 3 days on site per week and 2 days remote.

  • 8+ years in Healthcare IT, with significant focus on Enterprise Imaging and Radiology PACS
  • -Demonstrated experience leading or owning complex imaging initiatives (PACS, VNA, imaging workflows)
  • SIM Certified Imaging Informatics Professional (CIIP) certification required
  • Experience working in an Epic EHR environments is required
  • Exposure to Radiant is required, Radiant certification is strongly preferred
  • Experience with other clinical app experience is strongly preferred
  • Visage PACS experience strongly preferred
  • Experience performing root cause analysis on high-impact, enterprise-level issues
  • Proven ability to function as a technical lead and mentor for junior analysts
  • Hands-on experience with PACS administration and optimization
  • Professional references will be required for this job

Inpatient Coding Analyst

Description

Liberty Solutions has a client located in the Mid-Atlantic region who is looking for an Inpatient Coding Analyst. This resource must have knowledge of DRG payor methodologies: MS-DRG, APR-DRGs, ICD-10-CM & PCS coding guidelines and conventions, PSIs, HACs, and HCCs, and Medicare IPPS. In addition, the client would like candidates to have at least 3 years of straight IP coding (no Outpatient, Claims Examiner, Biller, Claims review etc…) with a CCS, CIC, RHIT or RHIA. They also would like someone who has coded for a Level 1 or Level 2 trauma facility. The initial contract length is 3-6 months to start, with a chance to convert to a permanent role. This role is 100% remote.

  • Experience with DRG payor methodologies: MS-DRG, APR-DRGs, ICD-10-CM & PCS coding guidelines and conventions, PSIs, HACs, and HCCs, and Medicare IPPS
  • Experience in writing compliant coding queries
  • 4+ years of Inpatient Coding experience
  • Experience with Cerner and 3M-360 is a plus
  • CCS, CIC, RHIT or RHIA required
  • Experience coding for a Level 1 or Level 2 trauma facility

Inpatient Auditing Analyst

Liberty Solutions has a client who is client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Inpatient Auditing Analyst to support their recent implementation of Streamline Health's eValuator application. This role is essential to ensuring coding accuracy and compliance before claims are submitted. This will be 3 months to start with a high chance of being extended and fully remote. Key Responsibilities include:

  • Utilizing Streamline Health to review and audit inpatient coding and charges prior to claim submission.
  • Investigate and resolve issues flagged by the system, including but not limited to:
    • CC additions
    • CPT code verification
    • Modifier applicability and accuracy

This will also focus collaborating with clinical/coding teams to ensure adherence to coding guidelines and improve documentation practices, in addition to conducting audits across all medical specialties, with a focus on:

  • Cardiology (Heart & Vascular Institute)
  • Neurology
  • Orthopedics
  • Medical Observation
