Epic Home Infusion Analyst – Dorothy & EpicCare Ambulatory

Liberty Solutions has a client who is seeking an experienced Epic analyst to support a new Epic Home Infusion implementation in the clinical documentation workflow space. This resource must have extensive Epic Dorothy and EpicCare Ambulatory experience. This role will focus on designing, building, and optimizing clinical documentation to support home infusion services. This will be a 9-12 month contract to start and primarily remote with some travel required for key events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and support Epic Dorothy Home Care and EpicCare Ambulatory documentation workflows
  • Partner with clinical stakeholders to capture home infusion documentation requirements
  • Support assessments, orders, visit documentation, and clinical note workflows
  • Heavily support all clinical aspects of the Home Infusion Implementation
  • Participate in integrated testing, training, and go-live support

Required Experience:

  • 6+ years of Epic Dorothy build experience
  • 6+ years of EpicCare Ambulatory build experience
  • Extensive Epic Home Infusion implementation and clinical Build experience required

Liberty Solutions has a client who is seeking an experienced Epic Willow Home Infusion Pharmacy / Compass Rose Analyst to support the implementation and optimization of Epic Home Infusion workflows, with a focus on pharmacy operations and comprehensive care coordination. This will be a 9-12 month contract to start and primarily remote with some travel required during key events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and support Epic Willow Home Infusion Pharmacy and Compass Rose build
  • Partner with pharmacy, nursing, and care coordination stakeholders to design end-to-end workflows
  • Support medication ordering, dispensing, documentation, and care coordination processes
  • Participate in testing, training, and go-live support activities

Required Experience:

  • 6-8+ years of Epic Willow Pharmacy build experience required
  • Extensive Experience with Compass Rose Comprehensive Care Coordination
  • Extensive Home Infusion Pharmacy experience required
  • Must be Willow and Compass Rose certified

Seeking an experienced Epic Resolute PB Analyst to support the implementation and optimization of Epic Home Infusion workflows, with a focus on revenue cycle and billing. This opportunity is parttime, 20 hours a week.          

Key Responsibilities:

Configure and support Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB) build for a home infusion implementation

Partner with revenue cycle, pharmacy, nursing, and operational stakeholders to design and optimize end-to-end professional billing workflows

Support charge capture, claim generation, coding, billing, and reimbursement processes for home infusion services

Participate in system testing, end-user training, and go-live support activities to ensure accurate billing and successful implementation

Required Experience:

6–8+ years of Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB) build experience required

Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB) certification required

Extensive experience with Epic Cadence and Prelude scheduling and registration workflows supporting home infusion services

Proven expertise in home infusion revenue cycle operations, including charge capture, billing, and reimbursement processes

Prior Epic implementation and/or optimization experience, with direct involvement in a home infusion implementation strongly preferred

Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills across clinical, operational, and revenue cycle teams

Revenue Cycle Consultant

Liberty Solutions has a client who is in need of a Revenue Cycle Consultant. This role will be fully remote and a 6-month contract to start. This person will work with vendors to maintain managed care contract terms and conditions in multiple/disparate applications/systems to include:

  • Contract updates, fee schedule updates, payer reimbursement updates, insurance plan mapping, pricing discrepancies, etc..
  • Open cases with vendors for contract updates
  • Reviewing the contract build, testing and validating results to ensure accuracy
  • Approving completed contract profiles for production
  • Requesting repricing of affected claims
  • Creating periodic and ad-hoc reports for leadership upon request.
  • Exporting data from various systems/databases.
  • Validating and organizing data into a usable format.
  • Performing related analysis.

Skills/knowledge needed:

  • Understanding of hospital and medical group revenue cycle operations
  • Understanding of hospital & physician billing procedures and claim forms UB04 & HCFA-1500.
  • Familiar with medical coding methodologies (e.g., CPT, HCPCS, DRG, APR-DRG, revenue codes, etc.)
  • Familiar with working within a patient accounting system (EHR), preferably Cerner Millennium.
  • Ability to analyze patient accounts within Cerner.
  • Familiar with healthcare compliance related requirements
  • Familiar with extracting data from databases
  • Familiar with hospital and physician reimbursement methodologies (e.g., DRG, per diem, stop-loss, percent of charges, prospective payment systems, ambulatory payment classifications, fee schedules, bundled charges, etc.)
  • Ability to apply contract terms to determine the expected reimbursement for an individual claim.
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to use logic to arrive at desired outcomes
  • Intermediate level Excel proficiency including creation of Pivot Tables (minimum)

Profee Auditor/Coding Analyst

Liberty Solutions has a client in need of a Profee Auditor/Coding Analyst. This resource is needed to support the profession fee team following the go-live of the Streamline Evaluator product and will focus on auditing, coding accuracy and provider education for pro-fee claims, including E&M and surgical services. The initial contract length is 3-6 months and then will convert to an FTE role with the client if it is a mutual fit. This role is 100% remote.

Key Responsibilities:

Audit professional fee claims for accuracy and compliance

Review E&M and surgical coding, modifiers, medical necessity, and NCCI edits

Identify coding errors and trends and provide targeted education to providers and coders

Support optimization and stabilization efforts post–Streamline Evaluator go-live

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in Profee coding and auditing

Expertise in E&M and surgical coding, modifiers, medical necessity, and NCCI edits

Experience with knowledge transfer and training

Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to educate providers and peers
