This resource is needed to serve as the primary MagView resource with system build, configuration and workflow design experience for the breast imaging service line for a big-bang go-live date of September 2026. The initial contract length is 5 months with the possibility for extension and the role is fully remote. The client may request travel for the live event.

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on MagView experience, including build, configuration, and full lifecycle implementation
• Multiple MagView implementations at different health systems
• Deep expertise in breast imaging workflows, including regulatory patient letter processing and compliance requirements
• Strong understanding of radiology information systems (RIS) and radiology order flow
• Proven experience supporting big bang go-live events

Liberty Solutions has a client with an immediate need for a PACS / DICOM specialist to support a short-term imaging integration project. This is a 60–90 day, full-time, onsite engagement. The consultant will focus on PACS-to-PACS integration, DICOM routing, and workflow orchestration to support radiology reads for an external organization.

Key Responsibilities

-Configure and support PACS-to-PACS communication-Set up and manage DICOM routing workflows

-Perform DICOM tagging, normalization, and data manipulation (morphing)

-Configure workflow orchestration tools to manage unread studies and routing logic-Ensure seamless image ingestion → interpretation → report delivery workflow-Collaborate with internal UC Davis integration/interface teams and external vendors-Troubleshoot and resolve imaging workflow issues in real time‍Required Experience-5+ years in PACS administration or imaging informatics-Strong hands-on experience with:-

Liberty Solutions has a client that is seeking a Cerner Data Migration / Data Archiving Project Manager with deep experience leading data migration and archiving workstreams within large-scale EHR implementation and replacement programs. This resource will serve as the primary PM responsible for all data migration and archiving activities across a health system's transition to the Cerner EHR, ensuring data integrity, regulatory compliance, and seamless cutover execution across all clinical and operational domains. This will be through the end of 2026 with a high chance of being extended. This position will be primarily remote with travel required for key events.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project management for all data migration and archiving workstreams within the Cerner migration program

• Define and maintain the data migration project plan, including scope, milestones, resource assignments, and cutover timelines across all clinical and operational domains

• Partner with clinical informatics, IT, and legacy system owners to inventory source data, map migration requirements, and validate target-state data structures in Cerner

• Lead data archiving strategy and execution, ensuring legacy data is retained, accessible, and compliant with applicable regulatory and legal requirements post-go-live

• Manage interdependencies between migration workstreams and application teams, including scheduling, clinical documentation, revenue cycle, pharmacy, lab, and ancillary domains

• Drive risk identification and mitigation planning specific to data integrity, data loss, cutover sequencing, and archive access continuity

• Coordinate with testing teams to define and execute data validation, reconciliation, and sign-off processes prior to each cutover milestone

• Report migration and archiving status to program leadership and serve as the primary point of escalation for all data-related risks and decisions

• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, state regulations, and health system data governance policies throughout the migration and archiving lifecycle‍

Required Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of project management experience in healthcare IT, with direct PM ownership of data migration and/or data archiving workstreams in live EHR implementation programs

• Must have prior experience project managing legacy EHR-to-Cerner migration initiatives - experience navigating the complexity of a full system replacement is required

• Demonstrated expertise leading data migration projects across multiple clinical and operational domains simultaneously (e.g., clinical documentation, revenue cycle, scheduling, ancillaries)

• Strong working knowledge of data archiving approaches, tools, and vendor solutions used in healthcare EHR transitions

• Understanding of data governance, HIPAA compliance, and regulatory requirements governing patient data retention and archive access post-migration

• Proven track record managing complex data cutover events within a broader EHR migration program, including reconciliation validation and go/no-go decision frameworks

• PMP or equivalent certification preferred, not required

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Cerner data migration toolsets a plus

• Experience with data archiving vendor selection, contracting, and implementation oversight in a health system environment a plus
